Bobby also practices CORE Bodywork which was developed by an American therapist, Noah Korrasch. CORE is an acronym of Coax, Order, Restore, Ease and it works by manipulating areas of connective tissue through the body that are “stuck”. This method is very successful in releasing tension through the low back, hips, ribs, shoulders and neck & jaw, restoring balance through the body’s “hinges”. Bobby completed a BTEC Diploma in Sports Therapy in 1999 and went on to qualify at the London School of Sports Massage in 2003. These qualifications, together with his membership of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM), allow him to treat all sportsmen and women, professional or amateur, and people with injuries and conditions caused by occupational and day-to-day life. A keen sportsman himself, Bobby is able to treat a wide range of muscle and skeletal injuries. Since 2003 he has established successful practices in both Birmingham and Bury (North Manchester) and regularly attends additional courses to update and enhance his skills.
