What will I experience? Your muscles become more relaxed, your breathing becomes slower and deeper and you may feel a pleasant sense of ‘drifting’. You are comfortable and safe throughout the session.

It was mentioned earlier that some people need more than one session. Should you be one of those people, then you can rest assured that the second appointment is entirely free of charge, provided it occurs within three calendar months of the first appointment. In other words, your fee gives you three calendar months of treatment – if you need it.
